The short version

Think Mad plans, writes, designs and schedules social media posts and blog articles for businesses across the North West. Each month we agree a plan with you, create everything, and only post once you’ve signed it off. It keeps your business in front of the people who already like you, and gives them something to share.

Sound familiar?

Busy doing the work. No time to post about it.

That’s most businesses. Which is a shame, because the work you’re too busy to post about is exactly what people want to see.

We haven’t posted since March.

I know we should. I just never get round to it.

When I do post, nobody really engages with it.

Think MadLeave it with us. You send the photos, we’ll do the rest.

The kind of thing we hear every week. Not real quotes, just the gist.

Your month with us

The same simple rhythm, every month.

Step 1Plan

At the start of the month we agree topics, platforms and dates with you.

You: tell us what’s coming up.

Step 2Create

Our team writes and designs the posts and blogs. A person checks every one.

You: send photos of the work as it happens.

Step 3Sign off

You see everything before it’s scheduled.

You: give it a thumbs up, or ask for changes.

Step 4Post & report

Posted at sensible times, with a short monthly report on how it went.

You: nothing. Get on with your day.

FAQ

Social media questions, answered.

Can’t see yours? Call 0151 316 0110 and ask a real person.

Which platforms do you post on?

Usually Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile. We’ll recommend the ones your customers actually use, rather than being everywhere for the sake of it.

Do we see posts before they go out?

Always. We plan a month at a time and nothing is scheduled until you’ve signed it off.

What do you need from us?

Photos and news as they happen, and a few minutes each month to check the plan. A quick message with a photo of a finished job is perfect.

Do you write blogs too?

Yes. Useful blog posts help your SEO and give your social posts something worth linking to. We plan topics around the questions your customers ask.

Do you use AI to write posts?

AI helps with ideas and first drafts. A person on our team writes, edits and checks every post before it reaches you, so it sounds like you and every claim is true.

Is there a contract?

Not usually, and if one’s needed you’ll see the terms in writing first. If we’re doing a good job, you’ll stay because of that.
