Working with us
Everything is quoted in writing after a chat, because every business needs something different. What’s in the quote is what you pay, and there are no surprise extras.
No. There’s no long lock-ins on anything we do. If we’re doing a good job, you’ll stay because of that.
At Suite 26A, Foundry House, Waterside Lane, Widnes WA8 8GT. We work with businesses across Merseyside, Cheshire and the North West, in person or by video call.
Yes, for research, first drafts, code and testing. It makes us quicker. A person makes every decision and checks every page before it goes live.
Usually with the website, because everything else points to it. If you’re not sure, ask for a website review and we’ll tell you what we’d change first.
Yes. If a service won’t help your business, we’ll say so. It’s cheaper for everyone in the long run.
Websites
It depends on how many pages there are and how quickly the words and photos come together. You’ll get a timeline with your quote, and we’ll tell you straight away if anything is likely to move it.
Yes. We build on a platform you can use, and show you how before launch, at our office in Widnes or on a video call. If you’d rather not, we’ll make changes for you.
We can. We plan every page with you and write or tidy up the copy. You know your business; we know how to make it read well on a phone.
Not always. We’ll look at it first. Sometimes it’s worth improving, sometimes starting again is better value. Either way, we’ll protect the Google rankings you’ve already earned.
You do. The website, the words, the photos and the domain are all yours.
It launches with the SEO basics done properly: page titles, structured data, speed and consistent business details. Ranking for busy searches takes ongoing work, which is what our local SEO is for.
Every site is different, so every quote is too. After a chat you’ll get a written quote, so you know the cost before anything starts. Our website cost guide explains what changes the price.
SEO & AI search
Some things, like a properly set-up Google Business Profile, can help within weeks. Ranking for busy searches usually takes months of steady work. Anyone promising overnight results isn’t being straight with you.
No, and nobody honest can. Google decides the rankings. We promise the work: what we’ll do each month, in writing, and reports from your own accounts so you can see what’s changing.
Local SEO is about being found by people near you: the map results, “near me” searches and searches with your town in them. For most local businesses, that’s where the work comes from.
Nobody can guarantee it. AI tools lean on the same things good local SEO builds: clear pages that answer real questions, structured data, consistent business details and genuine reviews and mentions. We build all of those.
Not always. If your site is slow, hard to use on a phone or impossible to update, fixing that first usually gets better results for the same effort. We’ll tell you honestly after a look.
Not usually. It’s normally month to month, and if one’s needed you’ll see the terms in writing first. If it isn’t working for you, you can stop.
Google Ads
Yes. Your ad budget goes straight from your business to Google, in an account that belongs to you. Our management is a separate, fixed fee, quoted in writing before we start.
Ads can show as soon as the account, tracking and landing pages are ready. The first few weeks are about learning which searches bring in real work, so it gets better as we refine it.
It depends on how competitive your searches are, how many enquiries you want and what a new customer is worth to you. We’ll talk it through and suggest a sensible starting point. You can change it any time.
You do. If we ever stop working together, the account, the campaigns and all the history stay with you.
Yes. We’ll review the account first, tell you what we’d keep and what we’d change, and only then make changes.
Not usually, and if one’s needed you’ll see the terms in writing first. If the ads aren’t paying their way, you can stop.
Hosting & care
Often, yes. We’ll look at it first and tell you honestly whether it’s in a state we’re happy to look after, and what would need fixing.
Things like new opening hours, swapping photos, updating text or adding a team member. Your care plan lists exactly what’s included, so there are no surprise invoices.
Ring us. You’ll talk to a person who knows your site. Your plan sets out how we keep an eye on it and how quickly we respond.
Yes. Your plan says how often we back up, where backups are kept and how quickly we can put things back.
You do. Your domain should be registered to your business. If you ever move elsewhere, we’ll hand everything over properly.
Not usually, and if one’s needed you’ll see the terms in writing first. If we’re doing a good job, you’ll stay because of that.

Social media
Usually Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile. We’ll recommend the ones your customers actually use, rather than being everywhere for the sake of it.
Always. We plan a month at a time and nothing is scheduled until you’ve signed it off.
Photos and news as they happen, and a few minutes each month to check the plan. A quick message with a photo of a finished job is perfect.
Yes. Useful blog posts help your SEO and give your social posts something worth linking to. We plan topics around the questions your customers ask.
AI helps with ideas and first drafts. A person on our team writes, edits and checks every post before it reaches you, so it sounds like you and every claim is true.
Not usually, and if one’s needed you’ll see the terms in writing first. If we’re doing a good job, you’ll stay because of that.
