Support
All our packages include at least 30 minute support tasks, which can be used for anything from sending us your blog updates, plugin installation, and form configuration, to small coding tasks like layouts, fonts, and colour changes. Basically anything which can be done in 30 mins. If it takes longer, thats fine, you can order 1 hr and 2hr jobs.
Quarterly Site Review
Each quarter we will review your website by analysing Google Analytics data and produce a report detailing ways you could improve you site. We’ll find out what pages are converting, analyse user flows, and review your marketing activity. You can then book development time to implement any changes you need to drive growth. Your website is a business tool which you need to keep sharp and to beat the competition you need to be constantly evolving.
Maintenance
Site maintenance is bundled in with dedicated support in our monthly website care packages. We take care of software, security updates, performance optimisations, backups, monitoring, and more. We know it is important that your website performs optimally for the best user experience and to protect your investment.
Breathing new life into your old site
Website Tuneup
Our Website Tune-Up is just like a service for your car. Each year we take our car into the mechanic and get the oil changed, the tires checked, the light bulbs tested etc. Just like a car, if you don’t maintain your website on a regular basis, it can start looking tired and things might stop working as they did when it was first built
Our Website Tune-Up includes:
- Detailed website review and recommendations report

- Also included is upto 6 hours of dedicated support, design & development time to help fix any issues and implement key recommendations.
- Complete security scan to keep your visitors safe. If we do discover any nasties, we advise you to sign up for one of our monthly website support packages to take advantage of our WordPress security hardening and protection services.

Ensuring your site is running optimally
Website Support Packages
Our website support packages are designed to suit your budget and include essential services that your site needs to succeed. all plans include at least 30 minutes of support which can be used for anything from sending site updates and blog posts to layout and font changes. There’s no risk, you can cancel at any time after your first 3 months. Just give us 30 days notice. If you change your mind and need more or less support, changing plans is easy. Allow us 24 hours during business days to setup your plan and you’re good to go!

We’ll send an invoice with a link to your report. Pay the invoice and we’ll set you up on our service platform.

You can start sending us your support requests! We aim to complete all support requests within 24 hours business days.

* Regardless of the plan you are on we aim to complete your tasks within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving your request, but often much sooner.
FAQ
On the starter plan there is no option to roll over if you don’t use your minutes.
However, on any of the higher plans you will have the ability to roll over unused time for up to 2 months. For instance, if you have 60 mins of support and you don’t use it, you can build up to a maximum of 180 mins to be used within the 3 months.
The same rollover applies for the premium plans.
We can make content updates, help you amend or add new images, add new pages to the menu, install new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 – 60 minutes.
If we estimate a task to take more than 30-60 minutes, we’ll give you the option to purchase a website tune up pack for £250.
We strive to complete all tasks within 8 business hours but it usually happens MUCH faster. Our business hours are currently Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Although our plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated WordPress team. We first like to do an initial Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that could arise. From here we’ll let you know if you need one of our website tuneups to breath new life into your website. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvements needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan.
