Polycon

Think Mad were asked to help on a project to revamp Polycon’s online presence, aiming to encapsulate their brand. They had been let down previously by web designers and Agencys who promised to do a good job, but never quite delivered on what Ged (Polyon’s Owner / MD) wanted for the vision of the business. After a few meetings, highlighting our work and demonstrating how we can achieve what he was looking for, he commissioned us to work with him.

Challenges

Polycon is a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of channel drainage systems. At the time their existing website was outdated, slow, lacked structure, and didn’t portray who they are now compared to when their original website was built. The biggest challenge we had was how to go about creating a solution that would match the ambition of the business to be the leading water management company in the UK.

Solution

We provided Polycon with a fully custom coded website and combined it with a support plan that would allow us to not only update information but subtly change the way the website looked when needed. It is quick, in line with their current identity, and screams professionalism. In addition to this, we have added rich digital content, including interactive pdf’s, videos, interactive virtual products to drive site engagement, and much more!

Result

Polycon have now been a client of ours for a number of years now and are going from strength to strength. Clients have passed comments on their website mentioning “how quick” it is and that they find it “easy to navigate, especially for people who don’t know much about drainage.”.  Based on the success of this project, Ged, the owner, has asked us to continue our work on a daily basis to ensure the website and digital footprint of the business remain at the forefront of the industry.   We are now supporting him with his digital marketing and overall stragetic sales and marketing plan for the business.
